Thanksgiving is the holiday that symbolizes gratitude. This year we encourage you to direct that gratitude inward and celebrate yourself. Join James and the Via Yoga crew the Sunday after Thanksgiving and rejuvenate the spirit with a luxurious tropical get-away. Let the ocean move you into a stress-free state of mind while you soak in the benefits of your yoga practice. Morning classes will seek to awaken and prepare you for a fun-filled day of ocean adventure. Afternoon classes are sure to restore and revitalize you for a night on the town or a reflective evening of ocean-side bliss. Celebrate yourself through daily yoga, challenge yourself by learning to surf, and open your heart to the adventure of travel. Each accomplishment, no matter how small, when celebrated becomes the foundation for greater success. When was the last time you celebrated your greatness? (All yoga and surfing levels welcome).
James is confident that the practice of Yoga can help us develop strength, trust and the ability to reach our full potential. His own practice taught him this, but it was by witnessing the transformation of his students, through their practice, that made this philosophy a reality. Inspired by this belief James’ teaching style is enlivening and made unique through his extensive knowledge of, and commitment to, alignment, creative sequencing and lively story telling; interweaving philosophical concepts into the physical practice. James is excited by the growing opportunity for him to facilitate his own workshops and yoga teacher trainings at home, in Montreal, and abroad. James appreciates knowing that yoga is a shared practice, which provides both the student and the teacher an opportunity to always be growing.
